King Park Area Development Corporation (KPADC) was founded in 1987. We are a not-for-profit organization committed to improving housing and economic conditions in our service area, which encompasses six different neighborhoods north of downtown Indianapolis.

We receive funding through various public and private sources, including the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC), as well as various local, state, and federal resources. Financial institutions, private foundations, and private donations are equally important funding sources which enable us to fulfill our mission. Funding resources are used for home repair and rehabilitation to provide safe, clean, affordable housing to families and individuals who choose to live within King Park’s boundaries. KPADC has also partnered with Mansur Real Estate Services, Inc. and Citizens Gas & Coke Utility to develop retail opportunities that will assist in the stabilization of the neighborhood.
