Homeowner Repair

KPADC receives funding through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) to make repairs on homes within the King Park area. Typical improvements include furnaces, foundation repair, exterior painting, plumbing and electrical system upgrades. To apply for this service, contact the KPADC staff.

New Construction

New houses are constructed and then sold to qualified individuals and families. KPADC is committed to ensuring that housing designs are compatible with the character of existing neighborhoods.

Acquisition and Rehab

KPADC acquires, rehabs, and then sells houses to qualified individuals and families. The restoration of these houses reduces the number of vacant homes in the neighborhood and creates affordable housing opportunities.
